This commercial solar installation helps offset a significant portion of the property’s electricity usage, creating more predictable energy costs while supporting continued investment in the spaces and experiences that make the facility a valuable community resource. By generating clean energy on-site, Brick House Blue is demonstrating how historic properties can embrace innovative solutions that strengthen both their financial sustainability and environmental impact.

This system features 105 SEG 440W solar panels with a SolarEdge 50K-US inverter, delivering reliable performance and efficient energy production throughout the year. Producing clean electricity on-site helps stabilize energy costs and ensures the building can continue serving the community while reducing its environmental footprint.
