⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish We initially hired Gold Path Solar to uninstall and reinstall our old solar panels while getting a new roof. After looking at the numbers — the output of our old panels, the fact that we had no warranty left — we decided to upgrade the entire system, adding battery backup and bi-directional charging for our EV, which can also power our whole house if needed. From the very first call through the full installation and operation of the system, the entire staff was fantastic. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a genuine joy to work through. It's clear they know their stuff and care about getting it right. Karim has been absolutely astounding!  I'm glad we had him for our rep. The system has been working very well for the first two months. I got the first full month's bill about 2 weeks ago. Alex Durinka is our main point of contact with Gold Path Solar. He provided excellent communication and guidance throughout the whole complex process of site evaluation, permits and inspections, project financing, installation, and setting up and operating our system which is still awaiting the final Permit to Operate. He is always available to answer any questions. We had some concerns about the roof mounting for our manufactured home and Alex assured us that the installation specifications were reviewed and approved by their engineering department and that any problems would be covered under warranty. After doing some research and seeing the awards and accolades earned by Gold Path Solar as wellas reviews by other customers, I am confident that we selected the best company available for our solar system. I found Gold Path Solar wile looking for a new solar system maintainer. My original installer had gone out of business and wanted a local replacement. TLDR: Another 5 star review for GPS and Jake in central OH! This team installed residential solar for me in March of 2025 - no issues in the first year, hence review. The quoting process was great, flexibility in planning and designing to meet my needs was fantastic, and the consistency and clarity in communication was first rate. After a year, things I've learned: 1. Electricity takes the path of least resistance, so your home consumes directly from what's producing before it hits the grid (unless battery). This makes independent monitoring more difficult. 2. Heating cables are good for clearing snow/ice from metal garage-mount solar. 3. Gold path has done an amazing job from day one came in great with the quote Best one I found got seven quotes Alex durinka helped me with all questions and gave me weekly updates was fast to act with all communications solar panels look great I expected it to take all day got here by 9:00 and was done by 1:00 cleaned up the entire area even stuff that wasn't theirs which was greatly appreciated would highly recommend Gold path if you are thinking of doing a solar project made the financing easy everything was just a breeze with this company I will be referring them to anyone that asked me about my solar panels even asked for a sign for the front yard so people know who did them and if they ask I can tell them how great a job they did for me thank you Gold path and thank you Alex
