  • Solar Advocate

    This position is focused on sales and project coordination. The main focus is to acquire new business through best sales practices via the Gold Standard training from Gold Path Solar, and to nurture each project through the pipeline and construction to permission to operate. This position will have a huge amount of visibility into how the company operates start to finish, and will interact with the operations team on a regular basis.

  • Solar Install Professional

    This position is in the field constructing solar arrays for property owners. The majority of projects are residential, and will require planning, material organization, craftsmanship in construction, clean up, and logistics to ensure successfully completed projects are done safely and up to the Gold Standard. This position offers training, opportunities for certifications, opportunities for advancement, and is mostly customer facing.

  • Electrician

    This role comes with a license requirement of a journeyman or above. The electrician role will not only be responsible the electrical interconnection of solar arrays, but for all aspects of home electrical work that are required for a successful solar installation. Examples include main service panel installation / upgrading, home wiring, conduit running, overhead wire or trench wire installation, and troubleshooting of electrical issues. This position offers training, opportunities for certifications, opportunities for advancement, and is mostly customer facing.

  • Project Manager

    This position is responsible for new property owners (mostly homeowners) that enter the sales pipeline. Each project’s needs must be identified by the PM and fulfilled. This includes permitting, interconnection, zoning, special HOA requirements, and an additional work necessary to complete the project. The main goal of the PM is to keep projects moving through the pipeline with proper documentation, so that projects can reach a satisfying and smooth conclusion with all stakeholders. This position is required to drive towards hitting project milestones on time and expected to handle each project hand-off as smoothly as possible from sales to planning & procurement to construction and PTO. This position offers training, opportunities for certifications, opportunities for advancement, and is mostly internal facing.

  • Solar Technician

    This is an entry level position that is mostly focused on sales and customer support in the field. The solar technician will be driving from project site to project site doing site surveys and data collection, post installation inspections, troubleshooting solar arrays, and any other required site visits. This position is also responsible for clear documentation and communication, and is mostly customer facing.

  • Customer Support Associate

    This position is an entry level and is responsible to help support the projects in all stages of the project life cycle. The customer support associate will mainly be supporting the initiatives of the project managers, but could also support sales and administrative operations. This position offers training, opportunities for certifications, opportunities for advancement, and is mostly internal facing.

  • Internships

    There are a wide variety of internships including marketing, sales, warehouse, project coordination, installation, and customer service.
