Your Solar Journey
Our Process
Below is an outline of our process from onboarding complete to ongoing support & warranty. It’s important to note that not all permitting jurisdictions & utility companies are the same, so your specific process may not require every step outlined, or may require additional steps. Regardless, we’ll be there every step of the way and will let you know when anything is needed on your end.

Onboarding Complete
Estimated Time: 1 Hour
Your contract with Gold Path Solar has been signed, and financing has been secured or the initial payment has been received. In addition, all required supplementary information has been collected, ensuring that the necessary steps for moving forward are complete.

Estimated Time: 1–3 Weeks
A site survey technician will reach out to you to schedule the survey, and once it has been completed, all information will be uploaded to our engineering portal.
Engineering Plan Set
Estimated Time: 1–3 Weeks
Your engineering plan set will be created, after which the required engineering stamps will be obtained. Following this, a final internal review of the plan set will be conducted.

Applications for utility interconnection and local permits will be submitted, after which we will await approval from the utility and permitting office. Once approval has been granted, we will receive the official go-aheads to proceed with your installation.
Scheduling Queue
Estimated Time: Varies Depending on Time of Year
Once we have all necessary approvals, your project will move to our install scheduling queue. The timing of your scheduling will depend on weather and the availability of our install crews. Our scheduling team will reach out as soon as we have availability!
Installation
Estimated Time: 1–4 Days
Our install team will arrive the morning of your installation and in most cases will be able to complete in one day. Depending on the complexity of the install, it may take more than one day to complete, and if that’s the case, we will let you know.
Final Inspection
