We have made an impact in our communities, following the example set by Jake Trubiano working with the City of Dublin- the city where not only does he live, but where Gold Path is also headquartered- to completely reverse their overarching policies that were extremely anti-solar, and helping establish an AHJ that now provides a clear pathway for successful solar installations. We have partnered successfully with numerous other communities to follow this example, with our Brand dispelling the negative attention that profit-over-people large solar corporations have brought to the industry, and established solar-friendly permit offices and utilities by working with these authorities, rather than against them. Gold Path’s homeowners know and understand that us helping them find and navigate their brightest path forward does not mean creating one-size-fits-all designs, but rather understanding the needs and goals of each homeowner we work with. Whether it means creating affordable financing for an elderly couple needing a small 8-panel system or installing an 8,000-panel commercial array for a local farm, our mission remains the same. We help strengthen local economies while delivering solutions tailored to each customer’s unique needs and goals. Our systems and processes allow every employee at every stage of each project to seamlessly understand and achieve the best results for every stakeholder involved. We are constantly changing both the attitude of homeowners in our communities, and the perception of the solar industry as a whole, on the importance of solar, and influence policy to put the American homeowner on a track towards energy independence.

Gold Path team members and leaders embody the Student Mindset. Our training program empowers individuals with no prior solar experience to become capable industry professionals within six months through structured education, field experience, and mentorship. In their first three months, new team members will be onboarded and shadow an experienced Gold Path manager or trainer, with a well-balanced mix of classroom instruction, role-playing, and guided field training. In months 4-6, these lessons are expanded upon with any necessary job- specific training and learning programs, continued field training and opportunities to solve problems themselves with manager guidance, before obtaining the certification needed from Gold Path Leadership to own their role with the company moving forward. The Student Mindset does not end after training. Training is only the foundation. True growth comes from continually learning, adapting, and improving through real-world experience and daily problem-solving. Their real growth into industry veterans, experts, and high-level achievers comes with maintaining this student mindset after training- seeing every work action as an opportunity to learn and develop the skills they’ve begun to harness. We have a maintenance arm of the company that helps turn around people’s attitudes on solar in general, cleaning up the mess left behind by greedy and misguided companies.

We have cut costs and work efficiently enough to be able to sell every job with storage and/or electric vehicle chargers, and ensuring that our systems are ready to add onto in the future if needed. Our crews are consistently able to install a standard home solar array and any additional add-ons in one working day. Our commercial installations consistently finish under the estimated timeline and budget.
